In a strategic move to strengthen economic and commercial diplomacy, officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), led by Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs (PS/FA) Vincent Bagiire, alongside Heads of Ugandan Missions in Beijing, Abu Dhabi, Paris, and representatives from Dar-Es-Salaam, are gearing up for a transformative 4-day field visit. Hosted by the Petroleum Authority Uganda, the delegation will delve into the heart of Uganda’s oil and gas areas in the Albertine Graben.
