The European Union has committed 3.8 million euros to support urban refugee-hosting areas in Arua City and Koboko Municipality.
The project aims to reduce the social and economic burden on these two urban areas. It was launched by the State Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Godfrey Kabbyanga.
