The State House Anti-Corruption Unit, in collaboration with the Criminal Investigations Department and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, has arraigned Wampero Samuel, an accountant at Nakawa Vocational Training College, before the Buganda Road Chief Magistrate’s Court.
Wampero is accused of forging academic documents, including a Uganda Certificate of Education, a Makerere University certificate, and a transcript from Kyambogo University.
