Prime Minister Rt Hon Nabbanja Robinah makes impromptu visit to Ngoma Health centre 1v in Nakaseke District, irked by absenteeism of health workers.
The Premier who was on her way from a fundraising drive for Kinoni Church of Uganda found no senior heath staff at the health center.
Area leaders and patients also reported to the prime minister cases of extortion by health workers
After inspecting the facility, she directed the ministry of health to take action immediately.
While in Nakaseke , Nabbanja presided over a fundraising drive organised by the woman MP Sarah Najjuma at Kinoni Church of Uganda and 35million shillings was realized in Cash.
The Premier also donated 200 iron sheets to the church.
