David Livingstone Ebiru the former Executive Director of Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) is facing offences of corruption that were opened against him by the Inspectorate of Government. This followed Ebiru to confess before the COSASE in parliament, to have given out 100million shillings to the National Standards Council to retain his as the Executive Director of UNBS.
