In his sermon during the Phaneroo 12th Anniversary, Apostle Grace Lubega delivered a message centered on the spiritual significance of the number 12 and the ministry’s transition into a new season of maturity and governance.
Apostle Lubega explained that in the Bible, numbers are not merely decorative but carry profound spiritual weight.
“The number 12 represents divine government established among humanity and serves as a product of two numbers: three (divine perfection) and four (earthly creation).” he preached, asserting that, just as there were 12 tribes of Israel and 12 apostles, reaching 12 years marks a significant spiritual transition for a ministry.
The core of the message was that Phaneroo is moving from a pioneering and foundational-laying season into one characterized by Institutional maturity, Administrative stability and Territorial governance.
He reflected on the challenges of the pioneering spirit, noting that pioneers are often misunderstood because they stand at the “precipice of a redemptive cycle” and do not fit into past patterns. He emphasized that while foundational work is hard, the “glory of the latter church” will be greater, and the next generation will start where the current one ends.
Apostle Lubega asserted that Christianity is a life of “taking over” and “occupying” until Christ returns. He taught that God is territorial and that believers must move into a phase of governing and exercising authority over their spheres, whether in ministry, business, or politics.
A major theme was the necessity of spiritual wisdom to preserve what has been built.
“There is a difference between addition and multiplication, multiplication requires a structure that prevents the loss of progress.”
Apostle Grace prayed for an end to “frustrated growth” and stagnation, declaring that the church must learn to keep its “harvest” rather than losing members or resources.
He then prophesied that God is releasing original and unconventional ideas that the world has never seen before. He encouraged the congregation to draw out the “divine counsels” already hidden in their spirits
The service climaxed with several testimonies of miraculous healing by God, both at the Phaneroo grounds in Naguru and across various grounds nationally and streaming centres around the world.
