The Board of Directors of Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) is holding a one-day strategic retreat in Kampala to review the Corporation’s progress and chart its future direction.
The retreat, taking place at Fontis Hotel in Nakasero, brings together the Board for focused discussions on key areas including UBC’s growth, innovation and digital transformation.
The discussions are also examining ways to improve operational efficiency, strengthen audience engagement and enhance the Corporation’s long-term sustainability.
The retreat provides an opportunity for the Board to assess emerging challenges and identify strategies to strengthen UBC’s operations and services.
The Board is expected to develop a forward-looking approach aimed at reinforcing UBC’s position as a leading public broadcaster and expanding its reach to audiences across Uganda and beyond.
