A senior lecturer at Kyambogo University, Rev. Canon Dr. Grace Lubale, has challenged the public on the importance of job selection aligned with personality types, stating that mismatches in this area contribute to corruption in the country.
He made these remarks at a conference on Professional and Business Guidance aligned with personality types at Kampala International Christian Centre.
