The International War Crimes Division of the High Court has exempted former Butambala County MP Muhammad Muwanga Kivumbi from reporting to court as one of his bail conditions.
The decision follows a submission by Muwanga Kivumbi’s legal team that the accused had been re-arrested and is currently on remand.
