Government has granted an official burial to former Minister of Works and Transport, Hon. Monica Ntege Azuba.
The announcement was made by the Minister for the Presidency, Milly Babalanda, who said the National Organising Committee is meeting the family to organise the burial.
Hon. Azuba served as Minister of Works and Transport from 2016 to 2019, a period during which government advanced major road projects and expanded national infrastructure.
The Ministry of Works and Transport said she will be remembered for her service and contribution to the sector.
