The Minister of State for Local Government, Balaam Barugahara, has fired back at his critics, vowing that nothing will deter him from publicly exposing corruption.
Balaam made the remarks while addressing the media in Mbarara City at the end of his six-day anti-corruption tour of the Ankole sub-region.
